thankful

I know a lot of wonderful people.
Some of them are family, some of them I am privileged to call friends.

They are people who support me. Who make me smile when I am having a bad day. Who make me laugh with tales of the ‘great wall of china’. Who understand me when it seems no one else does. Who take the time to listen when I need to whine, or boast. Who share my passions and my frustrations. Who bring me out of my shell and let me shine. Who bring me vegemite crumpets and deal with the twinados and all the little things that mean the most. Who show me strength and kindness just by living their lives. Who step up and fix seemingly insurmountable problems just when I am ready to give up.

I am thankful for each and every one of you and so very very lucky.

And just to make you smile….

Well Kate, it says a lot about the person you are too if you can say such wonderful things. :o) Personally, I’m really glad I met you, not to mention so many other fantastic people.

‘To have a friend, is to be a friend’..perfect when it comes to you Kate, and I’m sure all those people you are thankful for, are just as thankful for you too :)
