Me – “why not? they are at the front door like they always are.”
Izzy – “I can’t get them”
Me – “why not???!!!???? what’s wrong?”
Izzy – “I’m too nervous”
Too nervous??? Too nervous to go and get her shoes??? You have to be kidding!
And yeah we were late for story time!
