I've been working on Frigal Fridays... One thing you could do is something promotional--I've started a weekly feature (on my etsy blog http://liletsyshop.blogspot.com ) where I feature another etsian's shop, or where I show off a bunch of items based on a theme--kindof like you were doing with flikr friday, only pulled from etsy instead of flikr. :) (I still haven't figured out how to make those little flikr boxes...) Hey, there's another idea--share a tutorial each week! It could be one you write, or one you link..but share a tutorial for how to do something new! THAT would make me a regular (If I weren't already) and it would probably keep readership up!
