
We made cheesy roll up bread to have with dinner and man was it goooood! Just my basic foccacia recipe (flour, yeast, water and oil) dumped into the bread maker to knead and rise. Then just roll it out, sprinkle with cheese, roll up, cut off bits and wack it in a tin. Couldn’t be easier… or more yummy!

yummo looks awesome … when we moved from adelaide, somehow i lost the paddle to my bread maker :( and havent been able to find a replacment .. its a bit old .. time for a new one i think!
They look great – I’ll have to try them. I made a puff pastry version of these with vegemite as well as cheese the other day and they were yummo.
