My Perfectly Imperfect Life - Day 7.

Me, imperfectly perfect me.

So here I am at the end of the week and pretty darn pleased that I managed to post a photo every day this week. From my blue stained bath to my unmade bed and everything in between, it’s been quite a journey. Last but not least a photo of me… I know some of you will be gasping in shock to see an actual photo of me, showing my face as well, I must admit I am pretty shocked myself! I don’t like to have my photo taken, but of late I’ve been thinking about how important it is to have photos of the people you love… so this post, this photo, is for my kids.

I am so pleased that so many lovely bloggers joined in and posted along with me. Plus there were loads of fabulous ‘tweeple’ who tweeted about my little project and all the lovely people who left comments. It’s been so nice to see all your ‘perfect moments’ and have you all along for the ride.

It was a great idea Kate and obviously hit a chord with a lot of people. Maybe you should make it an annual thing?

you are beautiful Kate …yes after watching the GIFT I decided I should let people take my photo too …sadly I am not as gorgeous as you (or as young)!
Funny (figuratively) you imagine a name without a face as someone you already know and I imagined you as a beautiful friend named Jacqueline …and you know what it wasn’t too far off.

That is just a gorgeous photo! I hope you do another ‘series’ of perfectly imperfect soon :)

Your blog is fantastic, and so are you, ‘imperfections’ and all! Its great to put a face to a name, and you’re right, it is very important to capture memories of ourselves for our kids as well.

Kate, it was a fun little project to participate in. I’ve done a bit of a wrap up post about ‘imperfections’.

Kate do I need to comment on how many comments you’ve had?! We all think you’re gorgeous so stop hiding :) If I had your eyes I’d be putting myself in front of the camera more often!
