Just a few ‘fings’ on this chilly Friday….
A huge thanks to the gorgeous Inner Pickle! I got a wonderful package of birdy fabric in the mail yesterday (thanks to our local post office ladies for finally tracking the package down – no thanks to the parcel post contractor who just ‘forgot’ to take it to the post office!). I love this fabric even more in person than I did when I saw it on inner pickle… now I just need to decide what to do with it!
Ideas anyone?
I’ve managed the impossible… I’ve bought everyone (even me) decent clothes to wear to a 21st birthday next weekend. OK so only the Baldy Boy is really wearing the requested ‘cocktail attire’ but surely there is no such thing when you are two, or six or thirty gazillion weeks pregnant, so we are going with semi decent and clean.
I’m really enjoying these blogs at the moment…

It seems we are only able to breed boy chickens. Yes… ‘Dot’ who we really really thought was a hen crowed this morning. She’s now been re-named Roast.
I am ‘flogging ma blog’ today over at Mummy Time – go on over and ‘flog ya blog’ too. And with luck we’ll get our fast net back tomorrow and I may even be able to visit and comment on a few blogs too!

Oooh, I can’t wait for my birdy fabric to arrive too. I hope it is not lost in the post also? We will have to compare creations :)
