Wandering Wednesday.

August 18, 2010

I’ve been lapping up this lovely blog of late – Garden Mama.

Apart from being full of lovely images, and fabulous crafty projects, and gorgeous garden stuff it is also the creator and host of Wandering Wednesday, an invitation to look down and see where you are wandering, and I’m joining in today!

wandering wednesday jumping in puddles
Here I stand in the HUGE puddle next to our front door. It was bitterly cold and the rang stung my face and froze my fingers, but I stopped to puddle paddle for a moment and wondered why I don’t do that more often.

Your gumboots are sooo much cooler than mine (which are bright blue – the only ones we could find in my size).

And I am off to check out Garden Mama now :)

Nice! You SHOULD do that more often, especially with cool boots like those!!

Like you I’ve been digging the GardenMama and her wandering Wednesday. Love the welly boots. Makes me want to be somewhere a little cooler and wetter than here.

Nothing beats a bit of a stomp in the puddles. Makes you feel like a kid again! Love the boots. Thanks for sharing.

This is very cool. One of the great things about kids is that they get you to appreciate the little things – when you’re not too busy running about after them, that is.
