Her hair is always full of knots.
He cries, sometimes quite a lot.
He hides in the corner and pretends the world doesn’t exist when something goes wrong.
Sometimes he won’t settle anywhere but in the sling.
They can only play together for five minutes before it descends into chaos.
He has the best grumpy face ever.
Her dress sense is a little… different…
She has the most crooked and crazy half big half small smile.
Sometimes they only let me photograph their bum!
They are my children and they are the most perfectly imperfect things in my life, and I love them.

This the last day of my perfectly imperfect posts. Thank you so much to everyone who has joined in with me! It’s been a good lesson for me to look at things a little less critically and to find the positive even when you think everything around you is going to hell in a hand basket.
But just because I am finished posting doesn’t mean that you have to… feel free to post any time and add your link to Monday’s post. Also the fabulous Bad Mummy is starting a new Me Me that is right up this alley. Join in with her Reality Blogging link up starting next Monday.

They look absolutely perfect to me. Kids are wonderfully imperfect and what’s more is they don’t care until they become teenagers.
Love this post Kate.

Kate those photos are hilarious. I love the head in the corner best. Or maybe the butt. Or maybe the sling. Have a fab weekend m’dear xxx

I love this whole meme! I am a perfectionist and I expect things to be perfect all the time. I’m learning to let go and to accept that nothing is truly perfect and to be happy with it.
So glad that you were able to find good in the “imperfect”
PS. Your kids are absolutely adorable!

Love it! Well not the crying all the time or the wont settle anywhere but the sling (I know those only too well unfortunately), but I do love your photos, especially the ones of your kids.
