Lovely Links – Sharing the Love

One of the things I love most about blogging is the spirit of sharing. I strongly believe that if I share my ideas, my skills and my link juice with other bloggers, one day, those good things will come back to me in abundance. Recently some great bloggers have mentioned me and/or linked to my blog in one of their posts and today I am returning the favour, saying thanks and sharing the love…

Planning With Kids is a blog chock full of useful stuff. If you have kids you really need to check it out, and even if you don’t there are still some fab resources like this great Easy Lasagne recipe.

Not Just Cute is an inspiring blog that looks at the development of preschool children from almost every angle. From professional ideas and opinions to personal stories like this one about a doozy of a toddler tantrum and what can be learnt from it.

Simple Kids shares a range of great posts from a variety of contributors. This post from Aussie Cathrine Way from Adventures with Kids has some great tips for staying in touch with family when they are scattered around the world.

Do you like to look at pretty things and inspiring images? Then head on over to 74 Lime Lane. Kellie’s ‘Weekend Zest‘ posts are always full of fabulous links!

Modern Parents Messy Kids is full of ideas, projects and links for kids and their parents. Now they say that anyone can make this monster cake. I am not so sure but I’m filing it away for future reference because I think a monster party would be cool!

Chilhdood101 is one of my go to resources for child and family friendly ideas. With a sudden explosion of four year old drawings her recent post, Further Conversations About Drawing is a timely reminder.

There is a lovely group of bloggers who host the It’s Play Time Link up… they always have lots of fabulous, child centred ideas on their blogs, go check them out!

Have any bloggers shown you some kindness lately? Care to share some link love and say thanks?

I started with the original image of the heart on the back ground and just added text in white and changed the text layer’s style to ‘soft light’ and played with the opacity. Sounds trickier than it is… if (when?) I get my design blog up I’ll write a tute!

oh yes sorry, using photoshop. But if Santa couldn’t quite afford the big bucks for photoshop, photoshop elements is very similar to photoshop, just lacking a few of the more technical features, would be fine for stuff like this!
