Painting a mural together means you not only spend time painting, you also spend time negotiating, being patient and communicating.
Not to mention sharing, encouraging, working together, planning, and helping each other.
Sometimes, there’s more to painting than it seems…

On one sunny weekend I spread a long piece of butcher paper on the sidewalk out front. I included crayons and WOW the community art process was amazing. The kids talked while they worked and ended up with an entire story to go along with their masterpiece.
