It’s about time I remembered some good things and was thankful for them…
RCH
We are incredibly grateful to the Royal Children’s hospital… especially their ER and dental department. Oh and the nice lady I spoke to in a panic on the phone right after the accident after getting crap advice from a local GP. Everyone who we’ve seen over the past week has been just lovely and made a difficult time a lot easier.
Though I am especially grateful that all our visits to RCH have been for fairly minor issues….
Sunshine
Love it… makes me happy
Singing
We sing a lot. It distracts us when things are not so hot, makes us laugh when some of us sing funny words and generally just makes us feel good. Now Muski is getting in on the act – when he sings it just makes me giggle.
Blue Jelly
Who’d have thought that you could get blue jelly that is berry flavoured! YUM!
New PC
Ah the joy of loading stuff onto the new PC and getting back to being creative.
And as always… grateful for my amazing girls, my funny little man and the baldy boy.
We just started a new bedtime ritual which involves Caleb and I and a lot of singing! We’re loving it, and giggling a LOT!
Hahaha yep we are always singing here too.. E makes up songs, K sings after one of us and pisses himself laughing if he sings a song he knows incorrectly. Such little characters :D
There is no question in my mind that true happiness comes not from getting what you like but in liking what you have – you are a wise and lucky woman
What a beautiful post Kate! That is a great gift to look at the positives when things go crappy. And you’ve been thru a lot lately. Glad to hear Zoe is healing up now.
