Did these a few days ago and keep forgetting to share them here! Both are done with the awesome ‘best buds’ kit by Carole Neale at digiscrappin.biz.

This last one is a scraplift of the lovely Peta’s LO ‘Beautiful’which used to be on her blog (but now I can’t find it) but it is definitely in her gallery (Little possum) at two peas. So not nearly as good as her’s but I just had to find a way to show off all the cool papers in this kit!

Oh just GORGEOUS Kate!! :) Can I ask what a “scraplift” is? It sounds like copying someones work-but that would be plagarism? confused!! :)

Jayne – yep ‘scraplifting’ is copying someone elses LO… but usually you use that LO as inspiration to create your own, though sometimes people copy almost exactly. And it is ok in the digi scrap world AS LONG AS YOU GIVE PROPER CREDIT. It is also polite to ask first (though I didn’t in this case.. sorry Peta!) and you can’t submit scraplifted LOs for comps or to magazines :)

Yep that’s what I guessed :) Thanks for clarifying! I’m always to scared to “scraplift” in case someone gets pissed off! So its ok to take some elements of their design, change it slightly so long as you give credit…
