Lovely Links – Inspirations.

Posted on August 6, 2011 4 Comments

The interwebs are bursting at the seams with lovely images, fabulous ideas and loads and loads of inspiration. Here are some things from around the webs that inspire me…

Print and Pattern – an entire blog dedicated to lovely prints, patterns, art and design. I can not get enough!

Rhythm of the Home – This seasonal blog-zine just makes me wish our seasons were in sync so I could do the activities now, rather than having to wait.

The Crafty Mummy – Despite missing out on meeting Crafty Mummy in person last weekend (damn it!) if you are into crafty stuff this blog is sure to inspire you! She’s inspired me to maybe try learning crochet and has promised me some helpful links so keep an eye on her blog if you have a hankering to crochet too!

Clover Lane – I’m not sure what it is about this blog, perhaps it is the beautiful photos or the lovely words, or the fact that this American Mom has survived toddlers and teens, but it never fails to inspire me.

The quote above is one of my favourites. I have a bit of a geeky love affair with quotes. I could loose hours at Brainy Quotes and The Quote Garden. And of courses I have a Pinerest board for quotes!

So what’s inspiring you at the moment?

Thanks for the shout out, Kate. I was working on my post (especially for you) about crochet just this morning. I should have it up early next week.

Print and Pattern looks great. I find gorgeous images inspiring. They can be art or photographs. I like a wide range of images from food, scenery, travel to people clothes, etc. Pinterest is a great source of these, as is We Heart It. It’s about what they evoke for me so it’s very individual.

I love quotes too, and often find myself losing precious time in The Quote Garden.

Will have to check out these links too. Thanks.
