Remember for next time…
When mucking around doing sit ups and pilates exercises on the floor with the kids, find something suitably cushioned to protect your bum…. because sitting will be painful for days after when you have a large blister on your tail bone caused by friction from the polished wood floor. And no… a pair of shorts is not sufficient padding…neither is the fat on your bum.
