I know that it is July already.
I know that June flashed past me before I realised what was happening.
I know that a roof is a very important and exciting thing!
I know that my baby (can I still call him a baby now he is one?) can now climb onto the couch and chairs, but he is way off walking.
I know that there will be many more head injuries in my future.
I know that I am damn good at building insanely complicated lego structures.
I know that hours spent at lessons and rehearsals are worth it when your girls tell you how excited they are about their dance concert.
I know that the death of one guinea pig means the other one gets to live on easy street until her new friend is old enough to come home.
I know that workmen who start at 7:15 every morning are great for getting things done, but not so great when that coincides with the first hour long stretch of sleep you’ve had all night.
I know that Yay for Home knows stuff and you should pop over and link up what you know.
I also know that once you’ve shared what you know you should also Flog Your Blog with the lovely Glowless.
I know that I have written ‘know’ way too many times in this post and now it looks funny.
Yay! You have a roof!!
Wow… Really looks like a HOME now.
Guess the bits we did were done properly. It sits nice. And looks fantastic :). That should make life a bit easier as well!!
well except for the walls, windows, doors and all the internal stuff… LOL
The carpenters came and added bits to correct the mistake that the architect made, so it’s all perfect now, but we couldn’t have done it without you!
Kitchen won’t fill up with water. You hope ;) is the easier bit. Cold. But DRY!
Hall might need a skylight. It looks dark inbthe middle now!!
If you need more help. Just ask. Was enjoyable. Building stuff
I know you’re awesome :P
I still call my 14 month old my baby – she isn’t fully walking yet either, but has taken her first steps – but thankfully she hasn’t discovered climbing like your little one, not just yet, anyway! And glad to hear your girls are looking forward to their dance concert – it does make all the rehearsals worth it, doesn’t it?
you haz roof!!!!!
doing the happy dance for you!!
Oh no, not fun on the workmen front! Never good when a sleep-ins in order! But yay for roofs! hehe!! :)
The house it looking great! I love those (presumably) big sliding doors. That room is going to be one lovely space.
Oh, no! Too many head injuries would be a bad thing!
House looks awesome, I bet your thrilled.
Look at your shiny new roof! Love it!
I think head injuries are in our future too… and perhaps babies until 2? Or if it’s your last one (as is probably mine) then they’ll ALWAYS be your baby. :)
