Six for Saturday - a random collection of interests, loves and links

1. Funny Faces

These Zoo Portraits by Yago Partel are so oddly amusing. I can’t for the life of me pick a favourite. Maybe the guinea pig… or the frog.. or the lemur?

2. Chain Reaction

Am I the only one who starts singing a Diana Ross song when they ready that title? No? Ok then… moving right along…
How cool is this – a popsicle stick chain reaction from Preschool Activities and Printables. I’ve pinned this idea on my ‘Fun For School Kids’ pinterest board which has loads more nifty ideas and activities for school aged kids.

3. So Much Yum

I have made this Cinnamon Sugar Bread from A Whisk and a Prayer three times in the last two weeks. It is so quick and easy and so much yum!

4. Mmmm Spidey

This super short animation made me laugh… I don’t know why.

5. Fight Club

The first rule of fight club is…. Don’t do it or your mother will go insane!!!!
I over my kids fighting with each other at the moment, so I requested Siblings Without Rivalry from our local library and I am joining Childhood 101’s virutal book club. With luck I’ll find some strategies to stop me going totally mental.

6. Want

If this is a real thing, I want it.

Got some random thoughts to share? Perhaps you’ve come across a fab recipe online? Maybe you’ve written a blog post you’re particularly proud of? Please pop over to my facebook page or my google + profile and add your link to the Six on Saturday post!

[…] I was inspired to get into the kitchen after spying this cinnamon sugar bread thanks to my friend, Kate. I liked the idea of portion controlling the bread, as it seemed that the internets were all a-buzz […]
