I want to get out and take some photos. I make all these plans to spend time just mucking around with the camera. I want to take photos of special things.. not just happy snaps of my kids… images of life… something wonderful and amazing like Tiff does…. but it’s just not happening for me right now.
So here are my measly few ‘weekly winners‘. Thanks to Sarcastic Mom for making me get off my bum and at least put these up… but to be honest these are the best from the last few weeks. Never mind though, I’m sure the photo mojo will return one day.
The Pensive Artist.
It’s very dry and brown here at the moment… had to search for a little bit of green.
Saying Goodbye to Tahara
Our little corn field… burnt by the super hot weather.
Hello? These ARE beautiful.
Measly? No. No way girl.
I love the first one.
Oh these are beautiful picturess! It’s not so much what you take it’s how you take it! These weekly winners are not measly at all!
These are NOT pathetic – the leaf shot is AWESOME, and the others are really good too. Thank you for sharing!
These ARE wonderful. The first shot is stunning.
Good ones! That first one is a classic of any toddler.
You must trust that every photographer has his/her own style and “eye”. Don’t compare, don’t rush, just develop your own; all else will fall into place.
That being said, your photos are wonderful!
these are great and I will send photo-mojo vibes your way!
These are lovely, so lovely.
Do you ever start taking photographs of stuff around your house that seems “dumb” to take photos of? I do that when I’m in a rut, and so many times they turn out to be some of my favorites!
Trust in yourself. You are fabulous.
Nothing pathetic about those pics at all m’dear!
love the first photo :)
Nice set. I heart the first one.
It’s quality, not quantity that count, and these are all beautiful! The Pensive Artist is my fave. I love your blog design too, really eye catching.
You are too hard on yourself. These are really really good! Everyone goes through stages where their photography doesn’t match up to their expectations, but usually, everyone else thinks the photos are just brilliant. It’s just that they are not exactly what you were striving for. They are still good even if you don’t think so. All these comments are just some of the proof of that!
I’m finally starting to get caught up on last week’s winners, and these are awesome shots! Seriously.
