Late yesterday afternoon Zoe got the idea in her head that she could ride without her training wheels.
“You never know what you can do if you just try Mama” she told me very seriously. So out we went to find Daddy and take the training wheels off her bike.
She did try really really hard… but didn’t quite manage to stay up right without the training wheels. So they went back on and we’ll try again in a few weeks.
Meanwhile, the other one, having cracked it because Daddy was helping Zoe ride… went off to try surfing…
… on the dam… which hasn’t had water in it in three years.

Oh that is gorgeous! And no matter that she didn’t get it today – what a great attitude she has!!
We really need to give our little girl more practice on her bike before she can even think about getting off her training wheels. The photos are beautiful.
