Free Printable Christmas Find and Colour Activity

I’ve been saving this Christmas activity for a time when we really needed it.

A time when the kids had to wait, or when I needed a few moments of peace, or when they were driving me totally bonkers and it was either do this fun little activity or see your mother’s head explode! Yesterday afternoon it was time.

So I printed out a couple of copies of this fun Christmas find and colour sheet, grabbed some markers, and sat the boys down at the table.

Instead of punching each other, instead of whining and complaining, and instead of making my head explode, the boys sat and worked on this fun Christmas find and colour activity sheet.

Here are some more ideas for having a calm Christmas

This is a simple printable activity page. There is a bunch of little Christmassy pictures, and list of things to find, and all you have to do is find and colour the right number of things from the list eg. ‘7 Christmas trees with no star on the top’.

Young kids may need some help reading the list, but my beginning reader managed most of the words with only a little help.

For very little ones you could ignore the list and simply ask them to find and colour whatever you can see – “colour one santa hat red, colour one present green.” etc.

    1. Perfect for travel!
Certainly share with your children’s teachers. It helps me if you send them to my blog to download the printable rather than giving them a printed copy (that way I earn a little money from ads and it helps me to pay to host the free downloads), but all my free printables are fine to be used in a classroom :)
