Hello Spring!

spring at the farm

Finally it has stopped raining and starting sunning!

It’s amazing what a little sun and a heck of a lot of rain can do. The grass is so green and so lush and so long! The big kids spent a long time just lying in the grass yesterday, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying being outside for the entire day.

We have three new baby chicks. We have seeds sprouting on the kitchen window sill. There are sweet, delicious, sugar snap peas in the garden. We even discovered a huge brown snake enjoying the sun in the orchard… Yes, it seems like spring has finally sprung at the Pickle Farm.
