I included the beginnings of the drawing and only a few simple options so that my preschoolers could easily have a go at this fun activity, and they love that they can do this independently. Older kids will love it too – it’s great as an early finisher activity in the classroom and would make a fun travel activity too!

To play this fun flower drawing dice game you only need a handful of supplies.
Supplies Needed:
- Roll and Draw a Flower Dice Game printable (see below to download)
- Dice or spinner.
- Coloured pencils or markers.
Print as many copies of the roll and decorate a flower printable as you need. Your kids might like to do more than one, so make sure you have some spares!
How to Play the Draw a Flower Dice Game
To play this roll and draw a flower dice game simply roll the dice and add the part of the flower that is listed for that number to the stem.
Each roll of the dice corresponds to a different part of the flower.
On roll one you are adding the centre of the flower – what number you roll on the dice will show you what kind of flower centre to draw.
On roll two you add the petals, and on roll three you add the leaves.
Keep rolling the dice and adding parts to the flower until the flower is drawn and now you can colour it in!

This printable is an A4 sized pdf file, you will need a pdf reader such as adobe acrobat to open it. It will fit to print on US ‘letter sized’ paper, just be sure to select ‘fit’ or ‘shrink to fit’ from your printer options to allow for printer margins.
