Thanks for your budgeting and menu posts lately. I’m going thru our finances now as we need to pull our belts in quite a bit if I’m going to stay home until our youngest is a bit older. So seeing how others do it really helps. And this recipe is good- I think my 4yr old might actually eat these!

Yummo!! Have you tried them as a pie in a piemaker?? We use all our leftover mince *spag bol, curries, even drained chicken soup* into pies and add cheese or potato topping.. Best way to get rid of the leftovers (our kids love pie night – even if they’ve had spag bol 2 nights in a row!)
