Do you need to keep the kids busy while you do some Christmas baking?
Or maybe you want a fun family activity that you can do if it’s too hot, or too cold, to go outside?
Or perhaps you just want a few minutes of peace?
These free printable Christmas challenge cards can give you all three!
I plonked the set of challenge cards down on the table on this super hot afternoon and my kids happily issued each other challenges and spent the next hour or so drawing and building.
Christmas Challenge Cards
These Christmas challenge cards are good for drawing, building, or even charades!
Put the challenge cards on the table with a pile of paper and some markers and let the kids get creative.
Or get out the legos, blocks, or other construction sets and see if the kids can build some of the Christmas ideas.
You can simply use the cards as ideas and inspiration to get the kids started, or issue them with a Christmas challenge!
Get out the markers or construction set, bring up the timer app on your phone and you are ready to challenge the kids! Turn over a random card for each child and give them a set time limit to draw or build what is on the card. Or get them working in teams!

This printable is an A4 sized pdf file, you will need a pdf reader such as adobe acrobat to open it. If you are printing on US ‘letter sized’ paper be sure to select ‘fit’ or ‘shrink to fit’ from your printer options.

This will be so much fun. I’ll pair this with a dice to roll on what materials to use for an extra challenge :) Thanks so much for the printables. They’re amazing!

Oh that’s a great idea to add in a dice roll!
