We are keeping it simple on the play scene in our house this week… just the good old fashioned toys that I know will hold the Small Boy’s attention for a decent period of time. Duplo, of course is top of that list.
We build and we sing these building songs...

I think we have both those songs on a Play School dvd :)
Princess is also loving building at the moment. She keeps wanting to build a library with her wooden blocks :)
My sons love building. Although I think that with a 21 mth old ‘Crash it down’ is definitely the tune of the moment.
We sing those songs while playing with duple too!
My girls are still bigger fans of the crash it down part than the build it up part. Crashing it down it is so much fun :grin:

Duplo is such good value. Our kids love it too!
I’ve been a pre-school educator for 25 plus years. Definately the crashing is the most fun. Legos and dulpos are the favorites in block center.
