The weather has been so kind to me this week, but of course I haven’t done nearly as much in the garden as I wanted to. So many other things get in the way, and then there is the whole wrecked back thing that is kind of cramping my style.
Even when I can’t be out there digging and weeding and planting… I can still day dream about what we’ll grow ‘one day when we are rich and have lots of time’. And I can still check out some of my favourite gardening blogs….
Towards Sustainability – apart from the fact that I am dead envious of her warmer weather and ability to grow all kinds of delicious stuff, this blog as loads of good info on gardening, sustainable living and some excellent recipes too.
Lucky’s Duck Farm – if you ever needed inspiration from a great garden and gardeners, this is it!
La Ferme de Sourrou – This garden is in France, but don’t worry the blog is written in English and is full of wonderful gardeny eye candy!
Down to Earth – THE place for simple, even I can do it. advice on gardening and sustainable living and all that stuff. Rhonda is an amazing woman and with her new forum there is a never ending supply of information!
You know, when I look at my feed reader I don’t have nearly as many gardening/sustainable living blogs in it as I do craft blogs. Which is odd really as I actually achieve a lot more in the garden than I do at the sewing machine! So, help me even the score a little – share with me your favourite gardening type blogs please!
And on a different note – Happy Birthday to my long suffering husband, who is spending it in his favourite place, on the tractor!
