Hurry Up Spring!

Posted on July 26, 2009 3 Comments

I’m trying hard not to be impatient, but oh the things we will do when the weather warms up…

Plant flowers, lots of flowers!
Go bare foot.
Swim.
Eat outside.
Wonder what to do with buckets of zucchinis and tomatoes.
Take road trips to a few small towns I want to explore.
Go to the farmers market every month.
Jump on the trampoline.
Go to the beach.
Play at the creek.
Open the windows and enjoy the breeze.
Eat home made icy poles on the back step.
Eat strawberries right from the plants… and tomatoes, and hopefully blackberries too.
Go out with exposed arms and bare legs.
Buy funky t-shirts and cool summer shoes.

Hurry up Spring…. I’m running out of patience.

Oh yes! I’m sitting here with three jumpers and a pair of woolly slippers on. Still chilled to the bone.

    Roll on spring!
